Watergate Garage

This is the garage entrance where Deep Throat and Bob Woodward met, to discuss Nixon's obstruction of the FBI's investigate of Watergate. This garage is the Safeway in Rosslyn. Today Rosslyn is a hip place. When Watergate happened, and even on into the early 80s, as I remember my dad would go to Rosslyn, to travel into DC, for work, there was really nothing. Metro was in its infancy. All the better to talk about Presidential illegal activities.
