Ida Amin, dictator of Uganda from 1971-1979. He put to death, at least 500,000 Ugandans during his reign. In April 1979, he fled into exile, to Saudi Arabia, where he died in 2003. The movie, the Last King of Scotland, starring Forrest Whittaker, tells his story.
